DT Bistro (formerly Dessert Trends Bistro -Patisserie) opened in the Fall of 2005, after Chef Donald Duong was awarded the top Gold Prize at the 2004 Culinary Olympics in Europe. Our Bistro comfortably seats forty and the upscale clean design offers a surprisingly relaxed and friendly ambiance. One visit will definitely not be enough to experience all that Don’s place has to offer. His dishes are original, innovate and amazingly fresh, nutritious and wholesome. He uses only the finest ingredients in all of his dishes. He offers exciting new seasonal and weekly menu items in addition to the regular favorite dishes that will definitely please the toughest critics.

DT Bistro also hosts private dinners and special events (such as birthday and bridal parties) any day or night and have been catering impressive meals and pastry trays to other destinations.

In addition to our superb lunches, exceptional pastries and premium gelato DT is now serving morning breakfast and weekday afternoon tea. One day notice is required for the afternoon tea. A large selection of Don’s most popular pastries is always on display. Dessert Trends Patisserie-Bistro has once again raised some culinary standards in becoming the destination to experience the city’s best pastries and desserts. Soon all of the cakes that are produced in the bakery will be featured on his web site and will be available for pickup at either location (Bakery or Patisserie-Bistro). At DT Bistro, you can also experience the city’s best Biscotti as well as superb teas and a great tasting coffee.
